Upcoming events in Switzerland

Benefit Concert in support of victims of conflicts | 17 Septembre, 15.00 - 17.00

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the CAUX-Initiatives of Change Foundation (CAUX-IofC) kindly invite you to a benefit concert in support of victims of conflicts.

"Moscow - Hollywood: One-way ticket - Rachmaninoff in Exile"

The aim of this memorial concert is to retrace the journey of the great exile artist Sergei Rachmaninoff through words and music. The funds raised will serve to fund the ICRC's activities. Contribution : CHF150 - 175.

United Nations Geneva Open Day | 7 October

The CAUX-IofC Foundation will host an information stand during the UN Geneva Open House Day to promote our activities.

Besides having the opportunity to visit the historic Palais des Nations, this year's edition of the Open House Day will focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

This event is open to the public, including children. Registration is mandatory.

Geneva Peace Week | 6 - 10 November

The fourth edition of the Geneva Peace Week will focus on the theme: Prevention Across Sectors and Institutions: What Pathways for Effective Implementation?

The CAUX-IofC Foundation in collaboration with the UN Library, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Network for Religious and Traditional Peacemakers will host a human library titled "Beyond Prevention: 5 alternative ways to peace". Registrations for the Geneva Peace Week will open at the beginning of October.

Facilitation Tools Training in Geneva | 7 - 10 November

The CAUX-IofC Foundation and the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA:UK) offer training courses in facilitation methods that will strengthen your role as a facilitator.

The trainings are suited for executive directors, event and project managers, educators, trainers, consultants, professional facilitators, supervisors, community activists, and group leaders of any kind. The training suits all levels of experience.

Group Facilitation Methods - 7 and 8 November
Participatory Strategic Planning - 9 and 10 November
