In 2016 we moved a step closer to putting our vision into action: by strengthening CAUX-IofC’s presence in International Geneva and in Switzerland’s capital, Bern ; restoring and maintaining the Caux Palace in line with the Foundation’s commitment to sustainable living ; working with our new colleagues to offer you an enhanced Caux experience this summer – the Caux Forum.

IofC International becomes observer to IOM Council 

On Monday 5 December 2016, together with 17 other NGOs, IofC International was granted Observer Status to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Council.  

Barbara Hintermann on the advisory board of the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform 

Barbara Hintermann will represent CAUX-IofC as a member of the advisory board of the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform, an inter-agency network which connects all the major peacebuilding actors in Geneva. 

A toolbox for peace – Geneva Peace Week 2016 

As part of the third edition of the Geneva Peace Week, IofC co-hosted with the United Nations Library in Geneva an interactive dialogue titled ‘The Personal Toolbox of a Peacebuilder’.
